An Important Update Regarding COVID-19 and your Syndigo Solutions
Due to the recent outbreaks of Coronavirus (COVID-19) globally, Syndigo has begun to implement certain business-continuity plans in order to ensure a continued seamless operation for our clients. Our plans are designed so that we maintain all systems and processes during global events such as these. Syndigo also complies with governmental regulations and public health recommendations in order to minimize any chain of transmission.
We have already implemented several measures to support the continued health and safety of our employees while maintaining our operational capabilities. This includes flexibility in working from home, social distancing practices in place for remote operations and production centers, and utilization of virtual technologies to ensure continued business inputs and interaction with our clients and partners.
Syndigo’s commercial platform and operational systems are maintained with redundancy beyond industry standards. Our operational partners have similar procedures in place to ensure uptime during unprecedented situations as this.
Syndigo customer support also operates remotely using cloud-based systems to ensure flexible and available backup and can use multiple virtual ways to connect with our clients who are also likely enacting similar protocols.
At this time, and until further notice, we will:
- Continue to operate with an abundance of caution in order to minimize and break any potential chain of transmission.
- Ensure our employees can continue working and supporting our clients while remaining in a safe and secure environment.
- Leverage our systems, processes and contingency plans to ensure that our support of your business continues as usual.
