Syndigo’s Content Experience Hub (CXH) is now the exclusive partner of Toys ‘R’ Us Canada for the company’s brands to submit Core Content for their product listings and packaging. There is no cost to vendors for the Core Content program. The Syndigo partnership will provide a better, user friendly, single solution product data platform for all vendors to streamline product content data.

Do All Suppliers Have to Participate?
Yes, Toys ‘R’ Us has sponsored Syndigo accounts for the entire vendor base and expects all Vendors to syndicate their marketing data via the Syndigo platform.
Is "Toys 'R' Us Core Marketing" the Same Thing as GDSN?
GDSN and Toys ‘R’ Us Core Marketing are a different set of attributes. GDSN data is inputted into your GDSN provider’s portal, passed to GS1 and a subscription is sent on to Toys ‘R’ Us. Toys ‘R’ Us Core Marketing is the information from the MDS that vendors had previously entered on the builder file. It is often referred to as Product Specific Selling Attributes (PSSAs). This data is inputted into Syndigo and sent on to Toys ‘R’ Us.
Does Syndigo Have all the Approved Toys 'R' Us Brand Names?
Toys ‘R’ Us and Syndigo maintain a coordinated brand list with all Toys ‘R’ Us brands.
Are There Any Costs for Vendors?
Core Content: No, Toys ‘R’ Us has sponsored CORE content Syndigo accounts for the entire vendor base and expects all Vendors to syndicate their marketing data via the Syndigo platform.
Enhanced Content: Yes, Enhanced Content is not included, but is highly recommended to generate up to 50% uplift in ‘Add to Cart’.
